Duane Morris' expansion in California includes its office in Lake Tahoe, a result of the firm's merger with Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft. Although the office is known for representing ski resorts in premises liability lawsuits, the attorneys handle a wide variety of cases, including employment, labor, construction and land use issues for the resorts.
