Duane Morris LLP, one of the nation's 100 largest law firms, is pleased to announce that Trial partner J. Manly Parks, of the firm's Philadelphia office, was named in the Legal Intelligencer's annual "Lawyers on the Fast Track" list. The honor is given to 35 Pennsylvania lawyers under the age of 40 in recognition of their personal, professional and civic commitments to improve the legal landscape through advocacy, service to the bar, community contributions and development of the law.

Parks, also a member of the Dealer Services Practice Group, represents clients in the areas of franchise and distribution law, antitrust law, and class action litigation. In a September 26 Legal Intelligencer supplement featuring the Lawyers on the Fast Track winners, Parks was noted for his appointment to the investigating division of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Committee on Judicial Selection and Retention, as well as his frequent article contributions to automobile industry publications. Parks received his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary in 1994 after graduating from Colgate University in 1991.

This is the 4th annual listing of Lawyers on the Fast Track. The judges were chosen from various areas of the state legal community. The Legal Intelligencer sought nominations from all areas of the legal profession including bar associations, law firms and government organizations.
