Ivan Muñoz practices in the area of employment law, representing private employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including complex wage and hour class and representative actions; executive level managers in C-suite roles; discrimination actions; and ADR, including arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Mr. Muñoz is a 2020 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara Law Review, and a graduate of Santa Clara University. While in Law Review, he published a case note on California’s Labor Code statute – PAGA – the Private Attorneys General Act, that has been cited multiple times by the U.S. Supreme Court. He is fluent in Spanish.
