Klara Bradbury practices in the areas of commercial finance, financial restructuring and bankruptcy, and is a member of the Firm’s Banking and Finance Industry Group. Ms. Bradbury represents lenders, borrowers and other parties in a variety of secured lending transactions. She also counsels creditors, insurance companies and trustees in federal bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Bradbury received her J.D. in 2025 from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a recipient of the Lisle Scholarship and the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Publishing and Media Chair of the Brooklyn Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and a volunteer for the Immigration Youth Assistance Program. She is also a graduate of New York University and the University of Stellenbosch. Prior to and while in law school, Ms. Bradbury worked in a business affairs role for a literary agency where she drafted and negotiated contracts on behalf of authors.
