Matthew L. Capone practices in the area of environmental and land use with a focus on environmental regulatory compliance, enforcement and permitting. Mr. Capone provides counsel to clients on site remediation, the Industrial Site Recovery Act, Site Remediation Reform Act, CERCLA/Superfund matters, due diligence investigations for commercial real estate closings and renewable energy projects.
Mr. Capone is a 2018 graduate of Rutgers Law School and a graduate of Rutgers University.
