About the Program
The opportunity zones (OZ) tax incentive program began back in 2018. Under the now well-established framework, countless deals have closed and investors have learned multiple lessons along the way. Although the yellow-brick road to utilizing this program has been traversed by many, there are still hazards and potholes that even the most intrepid traveler must prepare for. New census data was released in late January, providing a clearer picture of what the road map to OZ 2.0 looks like. With new zones established, new openings for investment will follow. Join us to discuss these changes and how to start positioning operations for the new terrain and new regulatory environment.
