"Our strategic plan is centered around industries," Taylor said, explaining the industries that "make up a great deal" of the firm's work are in five general industry sectors: financial institutions, health and life sciences, technology, infrastructure and consumer and safety products. [...]
Going forward, Taylor said Duane Morris will continue to invest in the practice areas that stayed busy last year, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, health law and life sciences, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, white collar and government investigations, and intellectual property.
