Kruti Naik

Kruti Naik, JD, LLM has approximately 15 years of experience advising clients on federal, state, and local tax matters, with particular emphasis on tax planning, compliance, and consulting for investment partnerships, closely held businesses, business owners, high net worth individuals and families, including multi-generational families. She advises clients on a broad range of complex tax matters, business transactions, and long-term planning opportunities, helping clients navigate an evolving tax landscape while developing practical, tax-efficient strategies aligned with their business and personal financial objectives.  

Prior to joining the Tax Accounting Group (TAG), she was a Senior Manager with an international public accounting firm, where she advised clients on a variety of complex tax compliance, planning and consulting matters.

Ms. Naik is actively involved in several TAG leadership and professional development initiatives. She is a member of TAG University, which develops and presents continuing education programs to members of TAG, and serves on TAG’s Artificial Intelligence Committee and Publications and Media Relations Committee. In these roles, she contributes to initiatives focused on innovation, professional development, thought leadership, and external communications. 

She earned her undergraduate degree in economics from New York University, her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and her Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
