Peggy Simoncini Pasquay manages all aspects of the firm’s non-partner global recruiting efforts and associate relations, and supports the diversity and inclusion work of the firm.
Ms. Simoncini has over two decades of talent management experience in the legal industry with a broad base focus on recruitment, mentoring, professional development and policy oversight.
Ms. Simoncini is a member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP) and Professional Development Consortium (PDC) and served as co-Chair of the Philadelphia city group of PDC. She has spoken on a variety of legal recruitment topics and co-authored the Lateral Best Practice Hiring Guide published by NALP. Ms. Simoncini is a former board member of the Philadelphia Area Diversity Job Fair and Legal Recruitment Administrators of Philadelphia.
She is a member of the firm’s Recruitment and Retention and Diversity & Inclusion Committees and serves as liaison to the Associates Committee. Ms. Simoncini Pasquay received her Masters of Business Administration from Philadelphia University - School of Business Administration and received her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Philadelphia University.
