Ari Hoffman

Ari B. Hoffman is a senior associate in Duane Morris’s Trial Practice Group, with a practice focused on commercial, business and construction litigation. Ari has litigated a broad array of complex matters in both state and federal courts, including construction defect and delay claims, real estate and lease disputes, breaches of sale and service contracts, corporate and LLC ownership conflicts, tort claims, and restrictive covenant litigation.

Ari has represented companies, institutions and individuals across a variety of industries, with a focus on providing legal representation that is bespoke to each client’s unique needs. This includes advising and assisting clients on risk mitigation, contract and policy drafting, compliance, corporate governance and responding to regulatory investigations.

Ari earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List Honoree and gained extensive clinical experience mediating pro-se housing court disputes. He received his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
