Kirk Williams McLeod is an associate in the firm's Trial Practice Group where he focuses on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters. Mr. Williams McLeod supports clients in litigation, investigations, and HSR review in various industries, including private equity, biotechnology, real estate, sports and entertainment, artificial intelligence, insurance, and digital sales. His pro bono practice extends into immigration, constitutional rights, and family disputes.     

 Mr. Williams McLeod earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and Law, completed an Honors Internship in the Federal Trade Commission's Mergers II division, and externed consecutively at the Antitrust Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Before law school, he pursued doctoral studies at Harvard University researching the history of antitrust enforcement, earning an M.A. with high honors and recognition as a Weatherhead Scholar and Dumbarton Oaks Fellow. He also holds an M.A. with distinction from King's College London, where his dissertation examined Anglophone constitutional history and legal theory, and a B.A., magna cum laude, in history and Francophone studies from SUNY New Paltz, where he served on the university's Judicial Hearing Committee.
