Assisted in obtaining a temporary restraining order and court order compelling defaulting automobile dealership to immediately turn over possession of over 350 vehicles, preserving collateral for a secured lender and preventing further dissipation of assets.
Eurofins Electrical and Electronic Testing NA, LLC v. SGS North America Inc., et al., Case No. 5:24-cv-06340-EJD (N.D. Cal. Jan. 23, 2025). Obtained preliminary injunction – after previously obtaining temporary restraining order in effect for more than four months – enjoining defendant former employees and their new employer from, among other things: (a) using, disclosing, misusing or transferring Eurofins’ trade secret information that defendants misappropriated; and (b) enjoining the individual defendants from conducting certain business activities on behalf of defendant new employer.

Assisted in extensive discovery and obtaining a favorable resolution in a complex breach of contract, breach of duty of loyalty, tortious interference, and aiding and abetting breach of duty of loyalty lawsuit against defendant former employee and defendant business competitor.
