PHILADELPHIA, July 31, 2018—Duane Morris LLP has been named one of the 2018 Working Mother magazine “Best Law Firms for Women,” based on the firm’s family-friendly policies and business development initiatives that retain women and advance them into the leadership pipeline. Acknowledging 60 firms, this year’s list included a collaboration with the ABA Journal as a knowledge partner.

The Working Mother list measures firms on such factors as: representation, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. Duane Morris was named on the first list of Best Law Firms for Women in 2007, and again in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

“It’s an honor to once again be acknowledged as a top law firm for women,” said Sandra A. Jeskie, the head of Duane Morris’ Women's Impact Network for Success (WINS). “We are committed to the personal and professional development of our female attorneys and it’s gratifying to be recognized for our efforts.”

“Supporting our female attorneys is a priority at Duane Morris,” said Matthew A. Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Duane Morris. “We will continue to work toward ensuring all our lawyers have the resources they need to be successful.”

WINS is devoted to the success of the firm’s women attorneys. Through various programs, it exchanges ideas, fosters and expands business contacts and opportunities, and enhances attorney development to fully realize the talent, knowledge and potential of Duane Morris’ women attorneys.
